- Place tables 1 x 6 (2.5 x 15.24 cm) inches in a square to create a frame for handcraft wood furniture.
- Arrange each of the pieces that will be the legs, so that they rest in the corners of the frame you just created. Make sure the top edges of the legs (which are down) flush with the top edges (also placed down) frame.
- Once fixed the legs, flip the frame and check that the structure has been solid and steady. Place the remaining four panels on top, lined up next to each other. Take care that it is a flap of 1 foot (30 cm) on each of the two ends of the table and a 4 inch (10 cm) on each side. Put two pins in each table top to fix them along the wide side of the frame of a table.
- Sand the top of the legs and under your table until smooth. Pay special attention to the edges and the inside of the frame, as it is likely that this contact area between your legs while sitting, so be sure to make the wood smooth and free of splinters.
