X Men Writer James Asmus, Part 2

Chill Out offers the second installment of our interview with pal James Asmus! James is a friend of mine from when we both did comedy in Chicago. He has since started writing comic books and has been doing so well, he is writing the X Men crossover where a handful of characters join Namor and the original Captain America for a stroll through the Negative Zone.

Join us as we take a stroll down memory lane with James and talk about some exciting stuff coming up too!

Dreams do come true, even nerdy ones! Chill Out: It’s Just A Podcast interviews James Asmus, a long-time pal of both Alex and I. Chill Out–It’s Just A Podcast…

One of my best friends and I decided that our conversations regarding comic books are too hilarious not to share with the masses. Who are we to keep our hilarious nerdiness to ourselves? Exactly. Here…

Chill Out is a podcast about comic books hosted by two best friends/epic nerds. Adam Guerino (www.adamguerino.com) is a producer and booker for comedy shows by day and a writer and comedian by night. Alex M. Langenfeld (www.corporatemalice.tumblr.com) is a fledgling screenwriter by day and recording superstar/teen sensation Justin Bieber by night. With each episode, comic-book talk is interrupted by faux comic-book related advertisements and comic book games such as “comic book disses” and “secret origins.” Guerino and Langenfeld welcome comic book creators and nerdy guests regularly. Episodes air on a weekly basis.
